Bug reports

SVTTDM like every other software, is not immune to bugs. Bugs could range from minor typos to major issues e.g. Players lose their data/progress or issues that can be exploited by other players.

We have a three-level system for finding bugs and issues:
- Level 1: Developers find problems during development.
- Level 2: Testers and staff members find problems during testing before an official release.
- Level 3: Players find and report problems on the main server.

While most issues are caught in levels 1 and 2, problems do sometimes make it to the main server without being found. That's when we rely on YOU to report those issues to us. That way, our staff members can investigate and our developers can fix them.

This forum section exists to allow players to report bugs and issues in detail. Our team regularly monitor this section for new problems.

Format
There's a format that you need to follow, so it's easier for us.
- Your in-game name:
- What's the script version (check the sa-mp server name):
- Details (please give us as many details as you can):
- Date and time of incident:
- Evidence (images and videos help a lot):

If your bug report is valid, we may reward you with some cash/score in-game as a sign of gratitude.
