Staff application

To ensure the server runs smoothly, we need a strong team of reliable, trustworthy, and competent moderators. The reputation of the server depends on the staff who run it, so we will be very careful about who we allow to be staff on the server. The staff must also be friendly and helpful to the players.

Requirements
There are a set of requirements that you must meet before you can apply for the moderator position:

Active
The staff members should be active on the server and engaging with the community regularly. And will continue to be committed to being active (for at least 10 hours a month).

Good communication skills
The staff members should be able to communicate effectively with players, both in-game and through forums/chat. In other words, at least fluent in English.

Respectful behavior
The staff members should set a good example by being respectful and professional in their interactions with players.

Reliability
The staff members should be reliable and responsible, able to fulfill their duties consistently.

Impartiality
They should be able to make fair and unbiased decisions, without favoritism or personal biases.
